DESCRIPTION:Neurodiverwas?\nWas Neurodiversität ist und warum sie alle etwas angeht \nDiversität geht uns alle an und spielt eine wichtige Rolle für eine bunte und gerechtere Gesellschaft. Warum sollte die Forderung nach mehr Diversität beim Gehirn aufhören? \nKein Gehirn gleicht dem anderen\, und manche Gehirne weichen in ihrer Struktur stärker von dem ab\, was als vermeintlich „normal“ gilt. \nDie Neurodiversitätsbewegung sensibilisiert für die Unterschiedlichkeiten der menschlichen Hirnstruktur und schafft einen inkludierenden und ressourcenorientieren Blick auf die Vielfalt menschlichen Wahrnehmens und Seins. \nMenschen mit einer Neurodivergenz stehen häufig vor Herausforderungen in einer neuronormativen Gesellschaft\, was nicht selten gesundheitliche Konsequenzen für die Betroffenen mit sich zieht. \nADHS\, Autismus-Spektrum und Hochbegabung sind nur drei bekanntere Beispiele für Neurodivergenzen. \nWas noch zum Paradigma der Neurodiversität gehört und warum dieser Ansatz so wertvoll für Betroffene und gesellschaftliche Veränderung ist\, darum geht es an diesem Abend mit Barbara Nick-Labatzki. \nMi\, 22.01. | 19.30 Uhr \n  \nNeurodiverwhat?\nWhat neurodiversity is and why it concerns everyone \nDiversity concerns us all and plays an important role in a colorful and fairer society. Why should the call for more diversity stop at the brain?\nNo two brains are the same\, and some brains differ more in their structure from what is considered “normal”.\nThe neurodiversity movement raises awareness of the differences in human brain structure and creates an inclusive and resource-oriented view of the diversity of human perception and being.\nPeople with neurodivergence often face challenges in a neuronormative society\, which often has health consequences for those affected.\nADHD\, autism spectrum and giftedness are just three well-known examples of neurodivergence.\nThis evening with Barbara Nick-Labatzki will focus on what else belongs to the paradigm of neurodiversity and why this approach is so valuable for those affected and for social change. \nWed\, 22.01. | 07.30 pm
